Most people who want to build something have the same problem. It's not motivation. They've got plenty of that, or at least they did before the third month of watching content without anything to show for it. It's not understanding, either. Ask someone who's been following marketing content for six months how an AI agency works and they can walk you through it. Find local businesses, offer a simple automated service, charge a monthly fee, repeat. The understanding is there. The action isn't. I've noticed a specific pattern in the questions I get. There's always a version of "I get the concept, I just don't know what to actually do first." Which sounds like a motivation problem from the outside. But it's not. It's a structure problem. Nobody sat them down and said here's exactly what you do today, here's what you do tomorrow, and here's what you'll have by the end of the week. So they keep researching. Keep watching. Keep getting ready to get ready. Which is a great way to feel productive without anything actually changing. That's what I'm fixing starting Monday. Starting March 9, I'm running a free five-day challenge. One training video per day. One clear task. By Friday, you'll have a working system set up, a simple offer you can explain in one sentence, and real outreach done to actual businesses. I'll send the full breakdown tomorrow, including what we cover each day and exactly what you'll walk away with. But if you want to grab your spot now: if that sounds like the kind of structure you've been missing, you'll probably want to join us. Click here to see the full challenge and reserve your spot Talk soon, Adam P.S. The only thing you need to participate is a free trial of HighLevel. Takes about five minutes to set up. More on that tomorrow. P.P.S. Tomorrow I'll also share the exact message we use on Day 4 that usually gets the first responses from business owners. |

Tomorrow we start. Day 1 goes live Monday morning, and the goal by end of day is simple: a working AI receptionist, running inside HighLevel, before you close your laptop. One task. There's a specific flavor of being stuck that I recognize immediately. It's not the blank stare of someone who has no idea what they want. It's the paralysis of someone who knows exactly what they want and still can't make themselves start. The person who's been watching agency content for four months and can explain the whole model clearly, but hasn't sent a single outreach message. The person who saved a dozen different "how to get clients" posts and acted on none of them. The person who...
Yesterday I mentioned the exact message we use on Day 4 that usually gets the first responses from business owners. Here it is: "Hey [Name], I help local businesses like yours make sure they never miss a call, even after hours. I set up an AI assistant that answers, books appointments, and keeps things running automatically. Would you be open to trying it free for 7 days, no strings attached?" That's it. No pitch deck. No ten-paragraph explanation of how the technology works. No awkward...
