The last thing I'll say about this

This is the last email in this series. I'll keep it short, because at this point more words would be me stalling, not you.

Over the last 13 days I've tried to settle every real question. What to sell: reviews. To whom: one type of local business, in one area. What it costs to deliver: about 30 minutes a month once it's set up. What setup takes: an afternoon. Which niche and what to do inside it: written down for you, step by step, in the playbooks. What happens after the first client: the second yes, which is the easy one. What it costs you: nothing for 30 days, one client's worth of software after, 2 clicks to leave. What the first 90 days look like: quiet, then a first client, then a second. Who you'll be doing it with: a room full of people and a builder session every Tuesday.

There's no email 15 with the missing piece in it. There is no missing piece. The knowing part is done, and it was done before I wrote the first one of these.

What's left is the doing part, and it's the one thing nobody can hand you. The short, ordinary distance between understanding something and doing it. I can load the system, remove the risk, open the room, write the playbook. I can't cross that distance for you. That one's yours.

But I'll tell you the thing I most want you to leave with. The gap is smaller than it looks. It always is. It feels like a cliff and it's a step. And on the other side of it isn't some transformed, finally-ready version of you. It's just you, plus one started thing. You don't become someone new and then start. You start, and that's what makes you someone new.

You know what this is now. You know what it costs and what it does. The only thing left is the version of you that starts, and the version that keeps a tab open. I can't make that choice for you. I can only tell you the tab never closes itself.

The door is here:

P.S. I'm not going anywhere. You'll still hear from me, and I'll still send you things worth reading. But this series, the one written to walk you from thinking about it to doing it, ends here. Which means the walking part is now entirely up to you.
