'Should I stay or should I cancel?' Here's the honest math.

I told you yesterday I'd be completely transparent about what happens after the 30-day trial ends. So here it is. No spin. No fine print. Just the math.

Unless you cancel before then, on Day 31, the trial converts to a paid plan. You choose which one.

The Starter plan is $97/month. For most people just getting going, this is more than enough. It gives you the CRM, the funnels, the automations, the email and SMS marketing, the calendar booking, the reputation management... basically everything I walked you through in yesterday's email. All three of those automations run perfectly on this plan.

The Unlimited plan is $297/month. This is where you go when you're ready to scale (multiple clients, unlimited sub-accounts, API access, and the ability to white-label the platform under your own brand). Most people in our community upgrade to this once they've signed their third or fourth client, because at that point the math is almost embarrassing in your favor.

The Pro plan is $497/month. This unlocks the SaaS model, where you can resell the platform itself as your own software. That's a conversation for later. You don't need to think about this one yet.

Here's what I want you to actually think about.

If you sign one client at $500/month (which is on the low end of what most people in our community charge), the $97 plan pays for itself five times over. Sign two clients and you've covered the $297 plan with room to spare. The guy I mentioned yesterday who signed his first client in nine days? He was profitable before his trial even ended.

Now compare that to what most businesses are already paying for the same tools, just scattered across a dozen different platforms. A CRM like Salesforce or HubSpot runs $50 to $300/month depending on the plan. Email marketing through Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign is another $30 to $150. A funnel builder like ClickFunnels is $147. Scheduling software, another $15 to $30. Reputation management tools, $100 to $300. A separate SMS platform, $50 or more. A chatbot or AI tool, another subscription on top of all that.

Add it up and you're looking at $500 to $1,200/month in software alone. Before you've made a dollar.

This replaces all of it. One login. One bill. One platform that actually talks to itself instead of a duct-taped mess of integrations that break every time one of them pushes an update.

That's the math. And it's the reason most people who start the trial end up staying. Not because they're locked in (you can cancel or downgrade anytime, no contracts, no commitment). But because once you see the whole system running, going back to the old way feels like switching from a dishwasher to washing everything by hand.

Now let me be direct about the offer.

This is the last day to get everything I've been telling you about for free with your trial. The mentorship program ($997/year value). The $10K Agency Blueprint. The done-for-you scripts, funnels, and templates. The weekly live coaching calls. The daily bootcamp sessions. The private community. Over $7,000 in total value.

After today, you'll still be able to sign up for a trial, but the extra bonuses will be gone.

I'm not going to tell you this is your "last chance ever." I'm sure I'll run something like this again eventually. But I don't know when. And I do know that the people who joined during the last window are already weeks ahead of where you'd be if you wait.

There are really only two questions worth asking yourself right now.

First: do you want to build something? An agency, a side income, a better version of the business you already have... whatever it looks like for you. If the answer is no, honestly, close this email and go enjoy your day. No hard feelings.

But if the answer is yes (even a tentative, nervous, "I think so" yes), then the second question is simpler: would you rather figure it all out alone, or would you rather have the system, the training, the scripts, the community, and a decade of my mistakes handed to you so you can skip the expensive part?

Start your free 30-day trial and claim everything here.

You'll get access to the full program, every bonus, and your first automation can be live before dinner tonight.

No cost upfront. No contracts. Cancel anytime within 30 days and you'll never pay a dime.

And if you do stay (which I think you will), you'll be paying less than what most people spend on streaming subscriptions they forget to cancel. Except this one actually makes you money.

Looking forward to seeing you on the inside.

Talk soon,

Adam

P.S.

If you're the type who needs to think about it, I get it. But the extra bonuses disappear at midnight tonight. Start here before midnight.

Tomorrow we start. Day 1 goes live Monday morning, and the goal by end of day is simple: a working AI receptionist, running inside HighLevel, before you close your laptop. One task. [See the full challenge and reserve your spot → aiagencyguide.com] The challenge is free. The only thing you need is a free trial of HighLevel, which takes about five minutes to...

There's a specific flavor of being stuck that I recognize immediately. It's not the blank stare of someone who has no idea what they want. It's the paralysis of someone who knows exactly what they want and still can't make themselves start. The person who's been watching agency content for four months and can explain the whole model clearly, but hasn't sent a single outreach message. The person who saved a dozen different "how to get clients" posts and acted on none of them. The person who...

Yesterday I mentioned the exact message we use on Day 4 that usually gets the first responses from business owners. Here it is: "Hey [Name], I help local businesses like yours make sure they never miss a call, even after hours. I set up an AI assistant that answers, books appointments, and keeps things running automatically. Would you be open to trying it free for 7 days, no strings attached?" That's it. No pitch deck. No ten-paragraph explanation of how the technology works. No awkward...
