I promised to tell you the thing I'd pay for even if the software were free. It's the room.
Let me explain what I mean, and why I'm so sure about it.
I built my first agency alone. Not by choice, exactly. I just didn't know anyone doing it. So every question, every "is this normal," every "what do I say when they ask about pricing," every stuck Tuesday night, I answered by myself, slowly, usually wrong the first time. It worked eventually. It also took about 3 times longer than it needed to, and there were at least 2 points where I nearly quit for reasons that a single 5-minute conversation with someone slightly ahead of me would have dissolved.
Here's what I've watched over years of doing this with people. The ones who make it work and the ones who quietly drift off are not separated by talent. They're not separated by how much they know, because as I keep saying, you already know enough. They're separated by one thing: whether they were doing it alone.
Alone, a stuck moment is a stop sign. In a room, it's a question someone answers in four minutes.
So when you start through me, you're not just getting a loaded account. You're in the community, a couple thousand people at every stage of this, most of them a few steps ahead of where you are and all of them very recently where you are. And every Tuesday morning, live, Dave runs a builder session. Screen share, real accounts, real setup, real questions from real people getting unstuck in real time. Dave is the one who handles day-to-day support, and he's better at it than I am, which is why he does it and I write the emails.
That membership is normally $997 a year on its own. It comes free with the trial. I did that on purpose, because it's the single highest-leverage thing in the whole stack and I didn't want it to be the thing people skipped to save money.
Let's be honest about the "I'll figure it out myself" instinct, because I had it and it's a good instinct in most of life. Here it's just slow. It's not braver to do it alone. It's just more expensive, paid in months.
The thing to settle today: you will not be doing this by yourself. That's not a feature. It's the reason it works.
The room, the Tuesdays, the loaded account, all of it opens the moment you start:

Tomorrow, something I'm in the middle of making right now, and haven't told anyone on this list about yet. It answers the one question the room can't: which niche, exactly, and what to do on day one inside it.
Talk soon,
Adam
P.S. The question I hear most in that room isn't technical. It's "is it normal that..." followed by something that is, in fact, completely normal. Hearing "yes, that's normal" from someone 2 months ahead of you is worth more than any course I could sell you.
