What I'm building right now (and who gets it first)

Yesterday I said there's one question the room can't answer for you. Here it is: which niche, exactly, and what do I do on day one inside it?

Let's be honest about why that question is a wall. You sit down after work ready to do something, and the first thing every course asks you to do is pick a niche. Then a service. Then a price. Then figure out what to say to someone who might buy it. There goes another evening. Not because you're lazy. Because you were handed 4 open decisions and no way to close any of them.

So here's what I'm doing about it, and it's the thing I mentioned I haven't told anyone on this list about yet.

Right now I'm writing a set of niche-specific playbooks. Not "local businesses" in general. One playbook per niche, for the handful of niches that are actually working right now, the ones producing the most profitable clients for the people in the community this year. Each one tells you, step by step, literally everything: which businesses in that niche to look for and how to spot the gap in 30 seconds, the exact message to send, what the first 2 weeks look like, how the reviews service gets set up for that specific type of business, what to show the owner, when to make the offer, and what to stack next once they're paying.

The point isn't more information. You have enough information. The point is that when you open one of these, there is nothing left to decide. You're not choosing. You're following.

Everyone who starts a trial this round gets them. That's the whole qualification. You start, you're in the community, and each playbook lands there as it's finished, first one first. I'm being straight that they're in progress, because I'd rather tell you what's true than pretend a finished library is sitting on a shelf. What I can tell you is that the first one is close, and that the people already inside are the ones I'm building them for.

I want to be clear about what these are not, because I know the pattern you've seen from other people. They're not a course. There's no 40-hour curriculum and nothing to sell you at the end. You'll already have the account and the system. The playbook is just the checklist, strapped to your knee, for one specific kind of business.

The decision to settle today is a small one, and I've tried to make it as small as I can: do you want to keep picking a niche on your own, at some point, or have it picked for you, with every step underneath it already written?

Start here, and the playbooks come to you inside as they're done:

Start your extended 30-day trial

Tomorrow, the objection I've saved because it's the most convincing one. It sounds like a fact about you. It isn't.

Talk soon,

Adam

P.S. If you want to see everything that's already loaded before the playbooks are added on top, it's all on one page:
