You’re Sleeping on AI (And It’s Costing You)

Hey my friend, Adam here. Quick note for the entrepreneurs, soon-to-be-entrepreneurs, and anyone who dreams of doing their own thing...

I wrote this email myself.
No AI wrote this. No copy-paste. No robot behind the curtain.
Just me, talking to you because I care enough to say this straight:

You’re sleeping on AI.

And if you’re building or running a business (or want to), that’s a big problem.

Let me explain…

We’re standing in the middle of the biggest shift in business since the internet went mainstream.

I genuinely mean that.

But here’s the wild part:
Most people are acting like it’s 2018.
Still doing everything manually.
Still wasting hours writing, designing, responding, planning, fixing, editing…

And wondering why they’re tired, behind, or stuck spinning their wheels.

"If you don't automate, you'll stagnate."

That’s not a slogan, that’s the truth I’m seeing take place right now.

I’m not saying AI is going to replace you.
I’m saying it’s going to enhance you... if you let it.

I’m talking about:

  • Generating emails (but not this one lol), sales pages, and ideas in minutes (not weeks)
  • Mapping content calendars with a few prompts
  • Creating custom workflows and automation like you’ve got a full team behind you
  • And yes… even building offers, optimizing funnels, and improving customer experience

This isn’t about tech for tech’s sake.
It’s about speed, efficiency, and strategy.

Because if AI gives me a 5x head start over someone doing everything manually…
I’m gonna win. Every. Time.

Now here’s the kicker:

I’m not special.

I’m not some coder, tech geek, or Silicon Valley bro.

I’m just someone who decided NOT to ignore the most powerful tool available to business owners right now.

And if I can do it? You can too.

So if you’ve been putting it off, overthinking it, or telling yourself you’ll "figure it out later", this is your wake-up call.

AI isn’t coming.

It’s here.
And the people who learn to use it right will absolutely dominate.

So I’ll end with this:

If you’ve got dreams of building something bigger, better, or more profitable than where you’re at now…

You need to be looking at how AI fits into your business, because it does.

Talk soon,

Adam

P.S.

I’ve got a brand-new video coming out tomorrow on how to market with AI, but if you’re looking for a great place to start right now (with some serious profit potential), check this out: AI Chat Workshop

P.P.S.

If you can think of just ONE person who would benefit from this feel free to forward this on to them. Their future self will thank you.

P.P.P.S.

Want to know how someone really feels about something? Watch what they do with it in their own life. For me, I’m actively teaching my kids how to use AI (starting with ChatGPT) to solve problems, think creatively, and explore their curiosity. And honestly? Seeing how quickly they pick it up is kind of blowing my mind.

A few days ago, I bought a brand new Mercedes. Not the shiny, fast kind that makes people stare at stoplights (though they did have a Maybach SL680 that was pretty nice...)But nope. I bought a van. One of those big Sprinter vans you can turn into a cozy little home on wheels that's perfect for road trips, mountain escapes, or just comfortably hauling the whole family (wife, 4 kids, and a big dog) across the country. And I paid for it in cash. That’s the part where things usually get...

Real talk here for a second. Funnels are great.Ads work (when they work).DMs, launches, webinars, I’ve used them all. But here’s what none of them can do: Deliver a real-time, personalized sales presentation of your offer… 24/7… without you. No scheduling links. No show-up stress. No “hey just checking in on that proposal” emails. Just a fully scripted, brand-aligned, always-on AI Employee that walks your leads from “interested” to “in.” That’s what Declan O’Reilly built. That’s what he uses.And...

Let me ask you something: What if your “next level” wasn’t about working more… but removing yourself from the equation entirely? In the last email, I told you about how my calendar, full of demos, proposals, onboarding, follow-ups, finally pushed me to ask a better question: “What would it look like if my business could sell itself?” Since then, I’ve been paying close attention to how the best operators are scaling, and it’s not what most people think. They’re not building more...
